Terms and Conditions for Metro Furniture

 

1. Introduction Welcome to Metro Furniture. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Metro Furniture offers a range of services, including but not limited to, the sale of furniture, custom furniture design, interior design, and aluminium and Thai glass work. The terms outlined here apply to all services provided by Metro Furniture.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, in-store, or via direct communication with our team. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in BDT and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

4. Custom Orders

  • Design Approval: For custom furniture and interior design services, a design approval process will take place. The customer must approve the final design before production begins.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders, which will be applied to the final cost.
  • Lead Time: The lead time for custom orders will be communicated at the time of order placement and may vary based on the complexity of the project.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery: We offer delivery services within Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Customers will be notified of the delivery schedule.
  • Installation: Installation services are available for certain products and will be performed by our trained professionals. Installation fees may apply.
  • Inspection: Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customized items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Custom furniture and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

7. Warranties

  • Product Warranty: Metro Furniture provides a warranty on certain products as specified at the time of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Service Warranty: Our installation and custom work come with a limited warranty, details of which will be provided at the time of service.

8. Limitation of Liability Metro Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Privacy Policy Metro Furniture is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
